Sesselmann Dentistry is Hiring a General Dentist Near Norton, MI

We are a small family practice, and we do NOT operate like a DSO. We are busy, but the patients and patient care comes first. We are not trying to cram 50 patients into a single day. High quality care cannot be achieved without adequate time to provide treatment.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the oral health of our community.

To be upfront- I am not looking for a full time dentist, I am looking for someone that would want to work part time.

Compensation would be a percentage of collections. Plain and simple. Lab fees for treatment provided would NOT be deducted from pay. Compensation would be solely a percentage of collections.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Dentist

- Proficiency in dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and best practices

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages

- Ability to perform patient assessments and interpret diagnostic tests accurately

- Knowledge of dental office management principles and practices

Requirements:

- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Valid state dental license in good standing

- CPR certification

- Strong commitment to continuing education and professional development

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
